JIBNA's Agent-Oriented Renewal Process

JIBNA's renewal procedures are designed to support our Appraiser-Agents. Our aim is to keep you involved with the client.

In brief:

  • JIBNA notifies you at renewal time. After renewal, JIBNA sends the policy to you for delivery to the insured. This gives you two opportunities to contact your client and discuss jewelry appraisals and insurance. Suggest that the client look at the pictures of jewelry on the schedule—no picture means no coverage. Ask whether she’s acquired any new jewelry that needs an appraisal or should be added to her JIBNA policy.
  • JIBNA handles renewals and processes all payments.
